Foundation build
We build the core infrastructure — authentication, data model, API layer, CI/CD pipeline, and the first working feature set. You have a deployable product at the end of this phase.
Feature development
Iterative feature development in 2-week sprints. Each sprint delivers working, tested software. You review and provide feedback at the end of every sprint.
Production launch
