A software agency built around honest delivery
We're a small, focused team of engineers who build AI-integrated software, modernise legacy .NET systems, and deliver custom products from idea to production. We work directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leads — no account managers, no layers.
Why we started Aivryx
Aivryx was founded by engineers who had spent years inside software consultancies and product companies — and kept running into the same problems. Projects scoped loosely, delivered late, and handed over in a state that made future development harder, not easier.
We started Aivryx to do it differently. Smaller teams. Tighter scope. Direct communication between the engineers building the software and the people who commissioned it. No handoffs through project managers who don't understand the code.
The name reflects the focus: AI-first thinking applied to real engineering problems — not demos, not experiments, but production software that runs reliably and can be maintained by whoever comes next.
What we actually believe
Honest scope over comfortable estimates
We tell you what a project will actually take — not what you want to hear. If a timeline is unrealistic, we say so before we start, not halfway through.
Maintainability over cleverness
The best code is code the next engineer can understand. We write for the team that inherits the codebase, not to demonstrate our own sophistication.
Working software over documentation theatre
We ship working software at every milestone. Progress is measured in deployed features, not slide decks and status reports.
Direct communication over managed messaging
You talk to the engineers building your product. Questions get answered by the people who know the answers — not filtered through an account manager.
Your ownership, not ours
Everything we build belongs to you. Standard frameworks, clean code, thorough documentation. You should be able to hire any competent developer to continue the work.
Long-term thinking over short-term wins
We make architecture decisions that serve you in 18 months, not just at launch. Technical debt we create today becomes your problem tomorrow.
The engagement model in practice
We keep engagements small, focused, and transparent. Here's what working with us actually looks like.
Small, dedicated teams
Every engagement is staffed with a small team — typically two to four engineers — who work exclusively on your project for the duration of the engagement. No context-switching across five clients at once.
Fixed-scope phases
We work in fixed-scope phases with agreed deliverables and prices. You know exactly what you're getting before each phase begins. Scope changes are discussed openly and repriced transparently.
Weekly written updates
Every Friday you receive a written summary of what shipped, what's in progress, and any decisions that need your input. No surprises at the end of the month.
Direct engineer access
You have direct access to the engineers on your project — via Slack, email, or scheduled calls. Questions get answered by the people who know the answers.
Thorough handover
At the end of every engagement, we provide full documentation, architecture decision records, and a handover session. Your team should be able to own and extend the codebase from day one.
